Services

One Opulent Services provides household, estate and commercial staffing and property care. Service scope is confirmed in writing for each booking.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed once a reference number is issued
• Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may incur a fee
• Recurring schedules may be paused or adjusted through your concierge

Payment

Invoices are issued through the Billing Center and are due upon receipt unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

All professionals are screened and insured. Claims relating to a service visit must be reported within seven days of the visit.
